Pastured Pork
Each summer we raise just a few pigs (less than 20) in a small pasture. A pig’s life at St. Brigid’s Meadows is a good one. Free choice home grown organic corn all the time, in-season vegetables, cottage cheese and yogurt from Westby Creamery for breakfast, and a nice big dirt lot to root up a few worms and eat a little top soil for dessert.
