Our laying hens free-range rotationally grazed chicken paddocks in spring, summer and fall. In winter, they have access to a permanent winter paddock while keeping warm in a cozy south facing chicken coop. They lay tasty brown and blue eggs naturally high in Omega 3’s and Vitamin A.
