Cheese made from the milk of 100% grass-fed, sweet tempered herd in small batches to ensure specific flavor of seasonal fresh pastured forage. The milk we use comes from cows that only eat grass and hay; no corn, no soybeans, or grains. No fermented feeds like silage which can impart off flavors in the cheese.
